Planning is clearly linked to Te Whāriki ā Te Kōhanga Reo and includes learning outcomes, strategies, and resources to support implementation. Mokopuna development, growth and progress is clearly identified in individual kōnae mokopuna and learning stories. Programme evaluation is an embedded and consistent practice and monitors the quality of the learning programme."
