Tikanga and kawa are embedded throughout daily practice, and mokopuna participate confidently in whakatau, karakia, waiata, mōteatea, kapa haka, and pepeha. Kaiako respond to mokopuna needs, build on their strengths, and nurture tuākana tēina relationships. Leadership opportunities are frequent, and kaiako use teachable moments well, modelling rich, fluent te reo Māori."
