Kaimahi work collaboratively with whānau to co-construct planning, tailoring learning outcomes to suit the developmental needs of all mokopuna. Planning occurs over multiple timeframes and integrates both formal and informal learning experiences that are clearly aligned to Te Whāriki a Te Kōhanga Reo, ngā wāhanga o te tau, atua Māori and te taiao."
