Our analysis of the ERO report found sound curriculum implementation and strong children's wellbeing (B grades), along with established leadership and whānau partnerships. Bicultural practice was identified as developing and requiring strategic implementation across the organisation (C grade).

New Plymouth YMCA Childcare Centre operates a play-based curriculum with responsive teaching. Our analysis of the ERO report identifies strengths in children's wellbeing, bicultural practice, and leadership, with areas for development in whānau partnership integration and assessment alignment.
