Our analysis of the ERO report found the service meets health and safety standards and maintains ongoing review processes for leadership and governance. Bicultural practice was identified as an area for development, with a noted need to increase te reo Māori opportunities.

East Coast Bays Community Creche is an education and care service in Browns Bay serving 32 children. Our analysis of the ERO report identifies strong performance in children's wellbeing, with a supportive environment fostering belonging, and a wide-ranging curriculum supporting early learning skills development.

Kids Biz preschool and Daycare is an education and care service in Browns Bay with a current roll of 35 children. An ERO review in September 2023 found no overall placement was issued.
