Our analysis of the ERO report identified emerging curriculum and assessment practices, with inconsistent implementation across the centre. Bicultural practice and leadership practices were also graded as emerging, with leaders recognising the need to strengthen te reo and tikanga visibility and to develop internal evaluation processes. Health and safety practices were graded as established, with a previously non-compliant issue now resolved.
