ERO assessed Active Explorers Ellerslie as Not well placed in December 2019. Our analysis of the ERO report found strengths in children's wellbeing, health and safety, and bicultural practice, but identified whānau partnership as an area needing development. The service was also noted to need deeper engagement with Te Whāriki and stronger connections with child aspirations.

Michael Park Kindergarten is an education and care service in Ellerslie, Auckland, with a current roll of 80 children. Our analysis of the ERO report from April 2024 identifies strengths across children's wellbeing, whānau partnership, and leadership and governance, with all three dimensions graded B.

YMCA Early Learning Centre Ellerslie received an Akarangi review in November 2023. Our analysis of the ERO report found the centre demonstrating sound practice in curriculum and learning, whānau partnership, and health and safety (all grade B), while leadership and governance is an area for development (grade C). The centre is establishing evaluation processes and developing shared understanding of internal evaluation systems.

ERO assessed Lollipops Millennium as Not well placed in January 2017. Our analysis of the ERO report found strengths in curriculum and learning, children's wellbeing, whānau partnership, health and safety, and leadership and governance (all grade A), with bicultural practice graded B.

Adventureland Early Learning Centre is an education and care service in Ellerslie and Ōrākei with a current roll of 60 children. Our analysis of the ERO report (July 2023) shows B grades for whānau partnership, health and safety, and leadership and governance, with a C grade for bicultural practice. The service respects whānau aspirations, maintains appropriate health and safety procedures, and has qualified leadership in place, though te reo Māori integration has been identified as a developing practice area.
